Here we go following all those elusive clues.

The Stage 3 classes have had two days practising being Forensic Scientists and solving problems using all sorts of scientific methods.

There were two different crimes that the students had to solve. One was a case of blackmail and the other was a kidnap.

Not only did they have to know how to do science experiments, they had follow clues and work out how to solve the crime.

It was two hours of absorbing work. It was so interesting and the CSIRO certainly know how to make Science live for primary school students.

The Athletics Carnival was held on a cold and stormy day. Children ran in many races it was the best way to keep warm.

Athletes who have done well at our carnival go on to the Zone Athletics. They will be held on August 30 and then early in September.

The House that won the Athletics Carnival was Fraser with the others coming in the following order behind them: Freeman, Bradman, Newcombe.

The K to 2 Athletics Carnival which was to be held at school was postponed because it was too cold and wet.
