Surveyors, engineers, architects, electricians, men in yellow coats some wearing hard hats were gathering in our playground the other day. All this activity is a sign that the building of our new Hall, Canteen and COLA is about to get underway.
Plans have been drawn up. Maybe it will be ready for Presentation Day . . . wouldn’t that be wonderful.

This past week has been busy at BSPS!
On Tuesday the girls’ netball team played their first game in the knockout netball competition and lost a well played game.
On Wednesday the boys’ basketball team played against Glenmore Road PS. The boys played together as a team and won the game 46-7. Man of the match was Jihad with an honourable mention going to Tony. All 10 boys showed exceptional sportsmanship and were a credit to their school.
This week all classes have been creating artworks like crazy, getting ready for the Belmore South Art Show Eztravaganza coming up in Week 11! On July the 6th and 7th we will be showcasing and selling the best of our students’ artworks in the hall. Family and friends- don’t miss it! Stay tuned for details.
