S1 Matisse have had a very exciting term! Amongst all the wonderful learning opportunities in our school some highlights have included:
- creating a variety of wonderful artworks inspired by Henri Matisse,
- focusing on the theme of ‘Belonging’ and learning all about each other, our backgrounds and experiences,
- taking Possum (our class mascot) home over the weekends and during the week,
- celebrating all our hard work at our ‘marbelous’ party; and
- going on a whole school excursion to ‘Sydney Park’.
Everyone has been working very hard and we have had a wonderful time.
Looking forward to a ‘MARBELOUS’ Term 2!
