Drumming Workshop

Wow!!! Our students had a great morning spent drumming.

Every student had a drum and learned how to drum following patterns and rhythms.

All the teachers joined in with the fun.

Thanks to Ms Stavrou for organising this wonderful experience and to the Parent Club for ensuring we had the funding for it to go ahead.

Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding AGAIN!!!

Stage 2 Warhol have done it again.

The delicious smell coming from the staffroom indicated they were making the amazing, wonderful chocolate self saucing pudding.

Here they are enjoying sharing the result of their pudding mixing and making . . .

The verdict . . . YUMMY!!!!

ACPE students Working with our students

Every year for the past 8 years the Australian College of Physical Education have been sending their students to our school as their first experience as PE teachers.

They are here again and our students in K to 2 are benefitting from their lessons. They just love having the young men and women teaching them a variety of fundamental movement skills.

Our Teachers planning in teams


Every week teachers in their stage teams work and plan together. They work out their Literacy and Numeracy teaching strategies.

They develop assessment tasks to help diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of their students. This information is then used to developed Individual Learning Plans for the students.

With intensive teaching programs in small literacy groups there should be steady development in areas of focus.
